I am relocating to Boston probably in January. I am an Indian, working for a US based Indian company on contract basis. I intend to continue to work for the Indian base after I relocate on J2 visa. My doubt is,
1) Should I obtain a work permit to work from US for India, my payment will be wired to my a/c in India, no money transactions in US.
2) If I should obtain a work permit, kindly let me know the procedure for the same and the documents to be submitted.
