If anyone has experience getting a temporary work visa for canada while their application for permanent residence was pending, please post!
I have 8 months left on US H1. If I apply for canadian PR right now, it won't be approved- so I will have to look for a job in canada and then try to get a canadian temporary work visa. My fear is that if I have applied for PR, they may deny temp work visa as I would have established immigrant intent.
