Became LPR in July 2019, went back to home country in August 2020 and stayed there 179 days working. Filed taxes and will show that employment on N400.
Would you guys recommend waiting before applying?
Or should I apply and retain an attorney just in case?
Or maybe short term employment oversees won't be an issue?
I've only had 1 such trip in the past 5 years.
