I am posting this in the H-1B forum also but if you can help me out, I'll be most grateful.
I just got a new I-797 through a consular processing petition, and was told I need a new I-94. I have to exit USA and come back. What is the most recent experience with Canada? Can I get an I-94 if I fly? What if they refuse to issue one?
