Will an address change switch processing centers?

Currently my petition will be sent to CSC. However, I will be updating my address in a few months. Once I update USCIS, will my petitions transfer to VSC?
 
I can delay making the address switch until August 2009. If I file for the I-130 and I-129F by the end of this month, would that be sufficient?
