hi, the message said that the wife's card was ordered july 27. we hadn't recd the card by aug 19 even tho' my card that was ordered aug 15 was recd. on aug 19. when we called ins nebraska, they said it was returned to them "undeliverable". in speaking with the iio, we discovered that the apartment # was missing on the address. so after sorting that out, they said they'd mail it out again. that was on aug 28. today we recd the card, with the correct address on it.
so the moral of the story is, if your card does not arrive after 2 or 3 weeks after the machine sez it was ordered, call the iio and check to see if had been returned to them. they'll mail it out again.

nsc, minneapolis, eb2, india, rir-labor sep '00, i-485 filed feb '01, fp may '01, i-485 approved & 551 stamped feb '02, cards ordered/recd aug/sep '02. no rfe's, straighforward case.
