I had filed for H1-B extension when I changed jobs in October'03. Now VSC has issued RFE on the case. I don't know the details yet.
I suspect the RFE is due to the fact that in May'03 one another company had filed a H1 for me as they were willing to do my GC for future job. I never joined that company however.
Can there be problems with filing multiple H1s like this but not joining the company ?
