Ok folks I have a question. I just got USC and will be applying for my OCI as soon as I get my US passport. I was curious however about my wife and kids who are currently on PIO (OCI was super expensive when they applied). They still have many years of validity left
Are my minor children eligible? They were born here and are USCs
Is my wife eligible? She was born in the UK and has dual UK/US nationality now. She was born to parents who were born in India, but are now also UK citizens
The govt guidelines on this are about as clear as mud, so i am curious
