****** which courier for sending P3? ******

Guys, I was just wondering why everyone is sending P3 by USPS. Is it compulsory to send P3 via USPS or just becuase it\'s cheaper option?
Does USPS deliver directly to consulate or it hands over it to Indian
postal service?
 
i sent it by DHL/FedEx

I guess time is more precious than the cost here. I didn\'t investigate how long USPS takes. I know they don\'t have priority mail for Indian destinations. anyway, if it is equally fast and cheaper, go for it. just beware, that poor USPS has lots of problems now a days and you don\'t want your mail to be stuck some place.
