"Where to file" confusion

Is it true that all I-130/485/785 concurrent filings should be sent to Chicago Lockbox Facility? (I live in Massachusetts.)

The reason I'm getting confused is that, on I-130, it does say "if I-130 is being filed concurrently with I-485, submit both forms at the local USCIS office".

Please help. Thank you.

You should file at Chicago. Just call the 1-800-375-5283 number and select the option that says " if you have your forms and are getting ready to file and someone will tell you. That way you will know for certain. Unless something has changed you send to Chicago

Chicago is the place to mail everything.
But I checked the I-130 instructions and they do say to file at local DO if concurrently with I-485.
I-485 instructions state Chicago though.
Definitely ambiguous, but I'd file to Chicago.
I filed at Chicago lockbox and everything was smooth at least.
