I've read on other forum that the NVC requires the submission of Visascreen certificate during the submission of DS230 form for I140 petition (Nurses and PT), this is the recent instruction from the NVC. Before visascreen certificate is not submitted not until the applicant is already at the consular interview.
But now since the backlog is lifted for nurses and Pts NVC determines a case to be documentarily qualified should have the visa screen certificate. Is this really true? If this is so, then those who are affected by the backlog like me, will wait much longer until the NVC determine and notify us thru mail that we have lacking documents as such is the VISA SCreen certificate, all the while we already have one just waiting for the appointment interview date for us to present it.
