When Can I apply for L1

Hi,

I am working with a USA start up company in India since June 07. Though this comapny was funded and was in all ways a subsidiary of the USA company but on papers it became a subsidiary in Oct 08. I have travelled twice to USA on B1. Once for 3 months (in Nov 07) before the comapny became a subsidiary and then for 2.5 months ( June 09) months after the comapny became the subsidiray.

I need to know when am I eligible to apply for L1. I hope I have made myself clear. Please let me know if I need to clarify any further.

As long as you have at least one year with the India subsidiary (you do) and the US company can prove the link with the India company (apparently they can) they can file for your L1 right away.
