Hello, If I work for a company, which is a subsidiary of canadian company on H1B Visa but I get my checks from subsidiary. Does that consider being employed by Canadian Business?

Regards,

Normally the answer is no!! I pressume you are asking this for your PR. You will have to work for a Canadian company officially, and you should have been on their payroll. Then if that company sends you to work for their company in the US, then you will have to get a letter from the Company in Canada, stating that you work form them, and for business reasons they have sent you to the US.

Canadian business is a firm which is registered in Canada and pays Canadian taxes.
