What is the diference between E31, and EB3

How to read/understand the Provcessing Time Report:

My employe applied I-140 under EB3, but there is no such catagory on the Provcessing Time Report. There are E11, 12, 13, E31, 32 etc.............. In which catagory I've to check? Please assist.

I-140 Breakdown:
E1-1: First Preference Extraoridnary Ability Worker,
E1-2: First Preference Outstanding Professor or Researcher
E1-3: First Preference Multinational Executive or Manager
E2-1: Second Preference Advance Degree or Exceptional Aibility Worker
E31, E32: Third Preference Skilled Workers/Professionals
