Hi guys,
i have a pending lc in california, which is now transferred to BRC, Dallas with priority date of aug 2001.
My employer found an sub LC for me with PD jan 2001 and asking me to relocate to Raleigh.
I am trying to weigh my options and wnated to know what is the current processing times for i-140 and i-485 and how is my labor PD of jan 2001 going to help.
