what is AC140?

can anyone shed light as to what this entails. can one who has opted for AOS go for cp by this route? what all needs to be done and what the time frame is? thanks

You can apply for ACI-140,

if u opted for AOS in ur I-140 petition. After I-140 approval, u have to apply for I-824 and after getting the receipt, u can directly apply for ACI-140 . For more information u can go to

AC140 is Attorney Certified I-140. It can be done at some consulates and speeds the process up if you originally applied for AOS and now want CP. Some consulates don't accept them.
