I submitted an FOIA request using form G-639 to get infomration on my I-140 & LC information at the local office. Since the my case is actually processed at VSC , they forwarded the request to Service center during August 1st week.
On the form G-639, i opted for personal review of the documents ... thinking that i can review them personally by submitting the request at local office.. I didnt even notarize the form thinking that i go directly to office and show my id for proof of my identity!
Since the FOIA request is moved to VSC ..does any one know how will it be handled ?
Do they just send the documents through postal mail even though i opted for personal review of the file ...
