I am currently working on H1B visa, and my company filed for I140. However, I am contemplating a COS to F1 to pursue higher studies in USA.
I realize there is a high chance that my COS would be denied or rejected under 214(b).
My question is what happens to my H1B visa in that case? Is there a chance that consulate would revoke my H1B status as well? If my H1B is currently in the process of being extended, does it complicate things further?
