The law has been signed and we are saved since today. Anybody expiring his H1b (6 years) can stay and do not cry. Just talk to your attorney because now you are protected by the LAW MF\'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you mean, Not everybody expiring his H-1B (6 years). Only the people whose PD is more than 365 days old and must have applied for I-140.

If anybody whose LC "OR" I-140 has been filed for more or at least 365 and H1b is expiring then the can extend his time, so WE ARE SAVED!!!!!!!!...(Of course , only if you have applied LC or I-140 1 year ago)!!!!! uhu uhu.
