Firstly thank you very much for all the useful info on this site! Here is my story,
I arrived in the US on a visitors visa (90 days), met someone, got married, had 2 kids. All along we just didnt have the extra $2000 to pay a lawyer to make my situation legal. Myself, my husband and 2 kids have moved over to the UK to live (where i am legal and so is he - spousal visa) and i want to make sure that i can go back to the US if need be.
How long am i not allowed to enter the US for? Am i able to go to a lawyer to rectify this situation?
I will have to get a new passport - in married name etc is that traceable? What i mean is does the passport number sstay the same etc?
