Hello, I am a Canadian Nurse who has been working in US for almost 9 years under TN Visa. When the VISA SCREEN was legislated I had no choice but to take the US Board exam. My TN visa expired last Feb. 1, 2006 and I came back to Canada. I was afraid to violate the immigration law, so I came back to Canada. Now that I am back I couldn't get a job. I have been waiting for job offers I'm afraid with my extensive experience in the US I am now over qualified.
