Hopefully I will be citizen within 2 months. But my wife lives in Canada as a student and she did a violation of misrepresentation at the port of entry in USA and she was turn around to her country. Now is it going to be a problem if I want to bring her in the USA? I applied for her I-130 as permanant resident and it is already been approved. But the file is in National Visa Center and they are saying it will take another 2/3 years. Please help me if you have any suggestions?
