Not sure if this is the right place for this topic but, my problem is..
I require a waiver to enter the US form a criminal record i have from the 90's. My fiance lives in Maryland and we want to marry. She would come to Canada where I'm at but she has a job and also attends school. She's going to see if her schooling will be covered here but idealy we'd like for me to move there. Is there any way to get around the waiver issue. These were minor minor charges.
