The US custom canceled my waiver program 9 months ago, 2 months later I received a visa B1/B2 which just been canceled because I was traveling and staying too much in USA without the properly document they said!!!! I would like to apply now for a E2 visa. Did someone get E2 Visa after been refused entry to the US. I would like to know if it's ok to spent time and money on this process. Thanks for your help
