need help
Dear friend,
My case was filed on June 1, 2001 and is still pending. However, my husband
got his green card 2 years ago. We filed at the same time and surprisely our
case was separted. I don't know what should I do. How to scan the case at VSC before 2002. The last letter I received from VSC was more than a year ago, which informed me that my fingerprint was expired and I should wait my refingerprint letter, but since lots of cases were overload there were no time fame for the refingerprint letter. Do you have any idea what should I do?
