Please assist me to solve my daddy's problem. He came here on Visitor visa in June,2002. After his arrival he got opportunity to serve as Religious leader in the Hindu temple. They processed his R-1(Religious visa); now the main point is what if he wants to visit India.Is it possible to get his passport stamped(with R-1) from Mexico or Canada consulate since he came on different visa other than R-1?If we did that will he be able to return back to US again.
