My mother plans to visit to help during my wife's pregancy.
She has been to the US on a 6-month tourist visa with my
father in 2001.
1. Can she apply at the Bombay consulate using drop box?
2. What are the documents required?
From the forum, I have listed the following-
Invitation letter, last 3 pay stubs, empoyment verification letter, bank statement and I-134. Anything more?
3. Should she also submit documents of her employment as a teacher in Bombay? What other documents should she submit
proving she will return?
3. I have read on this forum not to mention pregnancy? Is that correct?
4. Could you kindly post the format of the letter of invitation.
