I am planning to send papers for getting visitor's visa for my parents. One of the papers is H1B approval notice. In my case, I dont have the approval notice yet because I changed my job in Nov, 2002 and my H1B transfer was filed in TSC and still in process. I have got the receipt notice but looks like the approval will take 3-4 more months as TSC is very slow.
Is it sufficient to send the receipt notice and my previous H1 approval notice. Did anyone face the similar problem. Please post your experience/thoughts in this situation.
