Visitor Visa to Canada -- Quick Question!

- Indian Citizen.
- Valid H1B in US, I485 applied 4 months back, not approved yet.

Want to know what will be required for quick trip to Canada for the purpose of a training and visiting as a tourist both. Does the process take long time? Anybody had such experience before and would like to share?
