Please find below my personal information first.

My Wife holds a Green Card and son holds a US Passport as he was born in US.
Right now My wife and My son are living in the US.
My wife does not have any bank account in the US nor she pay taxes as she has never worked.
I want to be in the US to celebrate my sons birthday who will turn 3 this year.
I have a job contract due to which I have not applied for a Green Card.

Q1. What documents are required from my side and from my wife?


Q2. Since my wife does'nt work. Can someone else like my Aunt, sponsor me and with what documents?

Visitor visas don't require sponsors and are self sponsored. Since your wife is a green card holder, it would be next to impossible for you to get a visitor visa.
