My wife\'s I-94 is expired couple months ago even though she has valid H-4 visa in her passport.
We are planning to go Canada and re-enter to U.S.A. to get new I-94. I heard that Canadian Embassy will not issue a Visitor visa if I-94 is expired.
Is it true?
If it is, what options do we have?
