I am working in US on an H1 visa
H1 transfer approved, but it has no I-94 (since I was in India when the transfer was applied). Present I-94 expires soon. So planning to go to Canada and get a new I-94 issued (by showing them the new H1 approval)upon re-entering US.
A couple of questions on this.
1. Which is better?..driving down to Canada or flying?.
2. Should I apply for a single entry visitor\'s visa or a multiple entry visa to Canada?.
3. How long should be the duration of stay?.
I would greatly appreciate all your suggestions in this regard.
