Hi,
I am a permanent resident of US since 8 years. i have applied for citizenship about 6months ago.. i have got married 4 months ago. my wife is overseas. I am waiting for my citizenship to apply for her immigration.
Now, I know it is near to impossible to get visit visa for my wife,but I just want to take a chance. My intention is really to send her back and then follow legal immigration process. Anyways , my question is that can I take this slim chance and apply for her visit visa and it will not hurt her immigration process after i become citizen.can any one answer.
