Visior Visa question

Hello,
My mother is having 10 year multiple entry visa for USA, Currently she is in USA and she is planning to go back after 5 months of stay,
She would like to spent 1 month in India and like to come back to US for next six months.
is this allowed ? can she stay in USA for more than six months after breaj of a month

Hello,
yes, your mother can come again whenever she chooses but the duration of her stay in the usa will be determined by the officer at the port of entry. For all you know he may grant her 6 mths but then again he may give her only a months stamp!.
