last week my compnay told me that my H1-B case was revoked my them By Mistake in Dec'05. At that time i was not in US. and my case was pending with embassy from feb' 05. but then embassy call me after verification and give me visa in April' 06. then i came to us in May'06 and got I-94 at port of entry after that got SSN and all. and now i am working and have pay stubs.
Now may compnay told me that they will apply for amendment petition for my case which was revoked by them by mistake.they r still not giving me any termination letter.
My Question is:-
1. is there any such type of amendment petition for the case which is already revoked.
2. what is my status now?
3. After how many days of revokation i can apply for transfor my case.
pls tell me what i have to do now......
