Did my lawyer do it right?
I824 has following three options. My lawyer has clicked on option \'C\'. Is that right? I thought it should be \'b\' as goal of I824 in my case would be
sending duplicate of I140 approval to consulate. how can \'c\' apply as
i hvnt really got perm. residency?
