Hello all
I have given US address and wont be receiving P4 from Chennai in time. One of my friends did receive P4 at his local address and asked them to fax it to him. He says that In the medical Examination section, it has only one Dr. Sripathi Rao as the approved Dr. and not any of the other regular doctors (Dr.V, Rajkumar, Mathai Thomas are not mentioned). Any one recd the P4 with similar kind of info. Can we still go to any of the above mentioned Drs. or just this new one?
