Urgent please I need help Red and Yellow!

Hello Members and Super Moderators,

I have one question.

During my interview back in March 2016,I noticed there are 2 colors for the file folder Red and yellow.

My folder is in RED, in the same time other people was in yellow folder

does anybody know the meaning or difference between RED folder and YELLOW folder?


any input will be appreciate.

'Super moderators' do not necessarily know everything regarding all kinds of immigration process you know?

Anyway I don't know what the red or yellow folders you saw stands for.
 
All folders were there Yellow and mind was red and all CR1/IR1 spouse visa in a Yellow but mine was red,so I think that has a meaning!
 
Can someone help me on here? My wife is a permanent resident, she has filed for me and now my priority date fell on 23rd February 2015. Do I have great chances of joining her from Ghana?
What are some of the things I need to put together to enhance me good chance?
Also can it be possible that after November my priority date be current since the cut of point keep on being 22nd of each month or mine will be carried on to another month?
