Right now I am working with company A. I have applied for h1 transfer to company B and got RFE on my case on feb 14th.. My visa is valid till sept 2007 which is sponsored by company A. Due to some reasons I had to come to india. Can I come back to USA when my h1 transfer is pending. Do I get any problems at the port of entry as I am not to USA by company A. Please advice me on this.
