Hello everyone,
I and my wife are planning to visit USA by next week on J1 and J2 respectively ( 212(e) applies -research skills). Now she got an offer to do post dotoral training at USA. Could anyone suggest me how she can get the work permit on arrival , she can convert her J2 to J1 to do her research training or else how she can get the work permit , we intend to stay in USA for only 2 years after that definelty going back home.I will be thankful if any one of you could help us in this regard by giving your valuable suggestions/ feedback/experiences.
