Urgent Help
My cousin is charged in Canada for sexual Assault and he was on Working Visa , he left the country without facing any legal Proceeding and there was no finger printing done as he got some personal issues and an warrant has been issued for him and he dont want to go back to canada . His fiance lives in US and he got US visa . Will it be a problem for him to Enter US with his B1 visa ? and if US Border officer finds in his system about the warrant will he be sent back to India as he is flying form there or he will be sent to Canada for the proceedings? will it be a problem for him to get K1 fiance Visa if he is entered in US and got married to his fiance ?
Its a matter of his life and career so please help me in this .
