Urgent help please reg. K-3

I am a US citizen. I am going to India on a two week trip to get married to an Indian citizen who has never been to the US. Is it possible for me to bring my new spouse with me on K-3? What should I do?

When you get married and have obtained your marriage certificate, you will be able to file for the K3. You cant though just bring your new spouse back with you as any spousal/fiance visa takes its time. Be prepared for a 6-10 month wait after filing the petition before your spouse is able to follow you to the US.
