Please help with any suggestion, My brothers F1 visa ( Not sure what visa type) I know it is students visa he got his I-20 from a University here) was rejected at the Chennai consulate, saying that he didn't get any AID for his studies and that the fees is very high.
My question is can he re-apply, Fi so what can he do now..??
Is there any Agency who can help him out..
