TSC I-140 board on Fec 19, 2002, come in, a lot new approvals

No man. I read some ones chain of messages in this board. any way I hope they work on week days properly to clear the cases.

I am reading so many approvals also. What is going on... Is it still a random processing happening in TSC??.
One case which has Nov-01 ND dates was approved from TSC last week. God knows whats goining on there.......
 
Thanks Nagib. I have one more question.

Does your employer or your residency fall under the jurisdiction of the Vermont Service Centre.I\'d appreciate your response as neither my residency nor my sponsoring employer is under the jurisdiction of VSC.

I am little confused with the text. Do U mean that they (TSC) are processing all the old cases along with the new cases?. Thn can U clarify me what about the cases filed during SEPT(20 thru 30)?. Thanks,
