I need to know real answers about travel .My wife has a valid foreign passport, but does not have any status in the US. Is she safe to travel domestically by plane? she will not be gong international or customs.
Maybe yes, maybe no. TSA shouldn't care, but a rogue agent could decide to call over CBP. Also, CBP can do random checks at locations within 100 miles of a border.
