I had filed for my STEM Extension at the Vermont Service Center and it's been 2 months (receipt date - 19th Oct) since I had filed for it. The application status says still it in initial review. As I needed to go to India for urgent reason I am wondering whether it's advisable and would there be any issues while coming back to US?
Also what set of documents would be required from me to re-enter given if I have to leave I don't have my EAD card.
