Hi,I am an Indian Passport Holder. I wanted to know how risky is it and what are the implications of travel outside of US and re-entry into US on a F-1 Visa and approved I-140 (Eb-2 NIW). The PD is backlogged. Also if such travel is done would it affect a change of status from F-1 to O-1/H-1B in the future?
