hello,
currently i am on F1 visa status and completed two semesters and took a break with Medical leave of absence due Maternity, and now I want to go out of country for family emergency next week.
but when i ask my international student adviser regarding travel I20 and she said I cannot go out of country because I applied for Medical leave of absence and travel wont possible which will cancel my current I20.
is there any rule of such??
I want to my country and get F1 visa stamp as well.
please advise.
