Tracking DOL list for California due to 245i

Message on DOL number is old!

Guys,

It is just great that everyone posts information as soon as they get it, but please take a little bit of time to make sure your information is pertinant.

The recording on the DOL number that says DOL is processing OCT 12, was recorded on Wednesday, Jan 16. That recording has not been updated in the last 5 days. While they could still be processing Oct 12, (I hope not) they could have moved on and just not updated the recording. :)
 
it started process Oct. 12 from Jan. 10.

I checked the message almost every day. It started process Oct. 12 case from Jan 10. and the lastest message was recorded on Jan. 16th.
It was still processing the Oct. 12 cases.
 
i am planning to use a substitute labor under eb-3

Hi Experts,

DOL has really become a pain. I am not sure when my case will be certified (Trasferred to DOL 12/05/01 under EB2). i am thinking of using a substitute labor which was cleared under EB3. Is that a good idea. My attorney is saying that he will file my I-140 next week if i give him my consent for this.

Please advise.

any news from the DOL about your status. i know both of our filing dates are the same.
