Hi,

If your TN was got through Company A, you would become a W2 contractor of that company.

Is it permissible to work for another Company B with the same TN status as a W2 contractor?

Another TN is needed, and easily obtained.

Can you please advise whether you meant

1) you can have a second TN with company B, which means you can have multiple TN's

or

2) you have to transfer the TN from company A to B?

You can have multiple TNs.
